Lisa Frasieur was appointed as OSU’s Assistant Vice President and Controller in February 2026. 

Lisa is a finance and operations leader that served as OSU’s Director of Capital Accounting and Financial Planning since 2024. She brings more than a decade of private‑sector controller experience in accounting, operations management, audits, long-range financial planning and compliance work. She is recognized for streamlining processes while mentoring accounting teams, implementing new financial systems, and driving organizational efficiencies across diverse units. Lisa received her BA from Oregon State University and her MBA from Washington State University.

Lisa will lead a recently reorganized Controller’s Unit which consists of Business Services (Student Accounts, A/R, and Payroll), Financial Accounting and Reporting and the Accounting Service Center. In this role, she will drive the adoption of modern systems and processes to improve efficiency and data-informed decision making, strengthen constituent engagement, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional standards and policies.
