Direct Deposit: How to sign up?

Direct deposit is the preferred method of payroll wage distribution. Direct deposit is the electronic transfer of funds into a checking or savings account. It is the safest and most efficient way to receive pay. Learn how to set up direct deposit below.

  1. Log in at My.OregonState.edu
  2. On the "Employee Dashboard" search for "Direct Deposit" and select the resource stream.
  3. Click "Add New" under "Proposed Pay Distribution"

  4. Complete the popup page with your banking account information.

    Account Number
    Account Type

  5. Check the box and click "Save New Deposit"
  6. On the main menu select the SECOND Authorization box and click "Save Changes"

    Note: It will take a minimum of 7 days after initial Direct Deposit will be Active. It may take a full regular payroll cycle.
