Requesting Touchnet Access

The DFA IT group monitors user access to the TouchNet Suite. There are two areas in TouchNet to which users usually request access; TouchNet Marketplace and TouchNet Business Office.

Those who would like to be added to a uStore or uPay site need access to TouchNet Marketplace. Those who want to make web departmental deposits need access to TouchNet Business Office.

The procedure to get access to TouchNet Marketplace and TouchNet Business Office are slightly different and requires different information.

TouchNet Marketplace Access (uStore or uPay Site)

To request access: Request for Access TouchNet Marketplace.

Note: To assign a new Merchant Manager please check the Merchant Manager check box in the request form.

Merchant Managers: How to assign user roles in TouchNet

Once TouchNet Marketplace access is granted, the Merchant Manager can assign Marketplace user roles. As a Merchant Manager you are responsible for managing the users in your uStores and uPay sites. This means you must assign roles for new TouchNet users and take access away when users leave. Before you can add someone to your uStore or uPay site he or she must be setup in TouchNet marketplace with a username. Once this access has been granted you can assign the following roles to any user that was previously set up in TouchNet Marketplace (Merchant Manager role excluded).
