Travel Booking Options

University Credit Card

OSU Employees can use their issued university credit card to purchase travel through OSU's Southwest Airlines Business (SWABIZ) portal, through airlines or hotels directly, or from third party retailers.

It is recommended to purchase airfare or lodging directly from your preferred airline or hotel website when using a university credit card. Booking sites like Kayak, Travelocity, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and Priceline are not recommended as changes or cancellations may not be supported.

A Pre-Trip Request may be required, depending on the travel destination and duration of travel.

Note: Travel purchased using an OSU credit card will need to be reconciled on an Expense Report in Concur based on the owner of the credit card.

OSU's Travel Agency

OSU has contracted with Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) to provide travel agency services to OSU travelers. CTP can assist travelers with booking individual travel or group travel and is able to make arrangements for airfare, lodging, and rental cars.

Note: Complex airfare like International Travel, Large Groups, or Guest Travel can be good use cases for engaging with our Travel Agency directly.
